Growing up as a competitive dancer, Sabrina found an interest, as well as the importance of moving one’s body. Movement not only helps to promote internal and external health, but also helps one achieve a better mind to body connection.

As your Massage Therapist, Sabrina will use a variety of techniques to help relax your nervous system, decrease your muscle resting tension, increase your circulation, and help decrease your pain. Types of techniques you can expect to be used include Swedish Massage, Myofascial Release, Trigger Point Technique, PNF stretching, and Active Release Therapy (ART).

Sabrina’s goal as your Massage Therapist is to get you living your most optimal life, by helping you understand your body’s stress/tension patterns and improving your mind to body connection.
