Born and raised in Kingston, Ontario, Jade earned her Bachelor’s degree in Physical and Health Education from Queen’s University and her Master’s in Physiotherapy from McGill University. With over a decade of experience, she has developed a distinctive and holistic approach to physiotherapy, emphasizing manual therapy and integrative ergonomics to address the root causes of pain and dysfunction—whether related to posture, repetitive strain, environmental factors, or daily habits.

Jade holds certifications in Applied Ergonomics, 200-hour Hatha Yoga Instruction, Manual Therapy, and Project Management. Her ergonomic expertise extends beyond workplace environments to encompass everyday life—including home lifestyles, hobbies, and personal habits—helping clients move better and feel better in all aspects of their lives. Her expertise includes deep tissue and manual therapy, personalized ergonomic solutions, and comprehensive client care. She bridges hands-on treatment with a holistic focus, creating highly individualized care plans designed to empower clients on their recovery and wellness journeys.

A passionate advocate for patient well-being, Jade blends her clinical skills with an empathetic understanding of each client’s physical and emotional needs. Her work extends beyond the clinic, offering ergonomic assessments, lifestyle wellness seminars, and customized solutions for home and office environments. An avid runner, Jade is on a mission to complete the Abbott World Marathon Majors. She has proudly finished the Chicago, Berlin, and New York City Marathons and is gearing up to tackle London in April 2025. When she’s not running, Jade finds joy in being a devoted cat mom to Mitsi, a calico, and Frito, a tuxedo, who brighten her days even more than crossing a finish line.
